Sports Guru,
I thinmk the L*lie thing is going to drag on unresolved. I just hope they don't give him more attention than the situation merits and allow it to create a distraction.

I biggest concern for this season is the running back position. Can Bell be the man? Can Dayne finally be what everyone thought he could be? Is Cedric Cobbs a quality backup? If we can't run we'll be in trouble..

The Lelie thing needs to get taken care of too. The sooner the better.

Young secondary? The only young thing about or secondary is one corner and a nickel back. Other than that it is pretty solid, not to say the Raiders don't have a good passing attack, but they didn't tear it apart last year, so I don't see why they will with Aaron Brooks this year. I'm more worried about a team with fewer solid receivers but a better QB (The chiefs).

The young secondary will be ripped to shreds by the Raiders passing attack. The Broncos will most likley win the west as long as Jake doesn't have a meltdown. If he does, the Broncos will fall fast.

Tim,
Thanks for the comment. I like what I see in BVP, but I don't see anyway that the Broncos are going to give him a shot at much playing time with Cutler around. They'll be paying Cutler too much.

What to do with Bradley Van Pelt

It is my view that Bradley is the best kept secret in the NFL. The NFL has never seen a QB with his desire to win and his work ethic in practice. The Bronco's need to not only keep him but give him a shot to start. He is the next Elway here in Denver! His heart and drive makes everyone around him better players!
